Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue.

Rebel Hearts Distillers offer refunds, and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Our customers are entitled to choose a replacement or refund for any major failure of our product. You may also choose a replacement, repair, or refund (at Rebel Hearts discretion) if there is deemed to be a minor failure of our product.

If, at the time of return, there is no exact replacement available, Rebel Hearts Distillers may reimburse your purchase through your credit card or pay pal account for the full price initially debited, including postage.

If you are returning a damaged product, contact us here. Damaged products must be returned in the condition they were received, together with any packaging and other items received with the damaged product. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery if you believe your product to be damaged or faulty, and we may request evidence of the fault or damage prior to providing a refund. A refund may take anywhere from 3-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

 

Cancellation and Change of Mind

We do not offer any refund if you change your mind or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.

 

Shipping

We currently offer shipping to customers located in Australia. Deliveries are not available to PO Boxes. It is agreed you may rely on any person at the delivery address provided, being over the age of 18, to take receipt of your purchase. Rebel Hearts Distillers shall not take responsibility or be liable for incorrect delivery details.

Based on our delivery providers standard shipping to metro areas takes approximately 1 – 7 days, and regional areas may take longer.

 

Payment Options

We offer the following payment options for your convenience:

Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard for a secure and hassle-free checkout experience.

PayPal: Customers can also use PayPal for their purchases. PayPal provides an additional layer of security and convenience for your transactions.

 

No Delivery to Dry Zones

Rebel Hearts Distillers adheres to all legal regulations regarding the sale and distribution of alcohol. In accordance with Australian law, we do not deliver alcoholic products to dry zones, which are areas where the sale and consumption of alcohol are prohibited.

Customers residing in dry zones will be unable to complete their purchase on our website. If you have any questions or concerns about whether your location falls within a dry zone, please contact our customer support team for clarification.
